STEPPING STONES COACHING is a company founded by Patricia Hinton Walker, PhD, RN, FAAN, MCC which is focused on meeting the needs of individuals, groups and organizations through coaching.  It is built on Hinton Walker Associates which was established to provide organizational development consultation and training in the 1980’s.  STEPPING STONES COACHING, MENTORING AND CONSULTING primarily focuses on finding a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance, career development and progression for professionals, executives, entrepreneurs interested in starting new businesses, and small business owners who are already in business.  Additionally, some clients are interested in life transitions related to career and coaching advancements, such as:

    Coaching is enhanced with a deep understanding of self using a variety of assessments chosen based on the client’s needs and goals.  Examples include the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), learning how type dynamics inform decision-making and priorities,; Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EIQ) if relevant to the goals of the client;  and use of the VIA (Values in Action) Positive Psychology Strengths Inventory.   Other assessments may be used based on the client's goals and preferences including the Pearson-Marr Archetypes Inventory
    and Spiritual Pathways. 
    Pat is certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EIQ) and she has had additional training on both the MBTI and EIQ in coaching.
