STEPPING STONES COACHING is a company founded by Patricia Hinton Walker, PhD, RN, FAAN, which is focused on meeting the needs of individuals, groups and organizations through coaching. It is built on Hinton Walker Associates which was established to provide organizational development consultation and training in the 1980’s. STEPPING STONES COACHING AND CONSULTING primarily focuses on career development and progression for professionals, executives, entrepreneurs interested in starting new businesses, and small business owners who are already in business. Additionally, some clients are interested in life transitions related to career transitions, such as:

deciding the right new career for a person who is trying to find their purpose or calling,

deciding to take time-out for family and new family responsibilities, and /or

making decisions about finding meaningful purpose and “calling” when it is time to depart from traditional worklife as a successful professional.

Other assessments may be used based on the client's goals and preferences including the Pearson-Marr Archetypes Inventory (Cick Here for More Information); and Spiritual Pathways. Pat is certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EIQ) and she has had additional training on both the MBTI and EIQ in coaching.
